weather was finally warmin up hubby was cookin steaks on the grill what to have with them came up with this most times when makin cold salads using mayo i thin it down with milk i had no milk when i mde this so i used lemon juice and extra lemon pepper seasoning gave it great flavor

1/2 lb med size shell pasta
1 can(s) med size black olives, drained well,about 1/2 of them cut in 1/2
1 medium onion,chopped fine
1 medium green bell pepper,chopped
1 large carrot, shredded
6 large eggs, hard boiled, one 1/2 for the top the rest chopped
1 c mayonnaise
1/2 c lemon juice concentrate
1 Tbsp lemon pepper
1 tsp dried lemon peel
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 Tbsp dried celery flakes
several grinds black pepper as garnish on top of salad

Steps:

  • 1. make dressing..... mix everything from mayo down in quart jar shakes well put in fridge till all others ready
  • 2. boil pasta as per box...eat a piece of pasta making sure it is as tender as u like drain ,run cold water over pasta til it room temp drain well while fixin the rest
  • 3. chop veggies,and eggs, put in lg bowl add pasta then add dressing stir to coat everything well put in fridge for several hrs before serving top with 1/2ved egg and grind pepper on top serve
