Categories     Beef

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 lb. ground beef (or more, depends on how big of a pan you wanna use. Long as it'll fit in the oven, it'll work!)
bag of white corn nacho chips (I can't remember the brand. Sounds like tostitos, but its different.)
Bunch of chopped onions
Bunch of chopped Tomatoes
Red Taco Sauce
Green Taco Sauce
Bag of mexican style shredded cheese.

Steps:

  • Brown the meat and then spread it on the bottom of your pan evenly. I usually pat it down smooth with a spatula. Add the onions on top of that, then a layer of red sauce. Add the tomatoes, then a layer of green suace. Kinda pat that all down. Kids always love this part...smash the chips to smithereens while still in the bag. Pour them out (much as you want) into the pan, that makes your sixth layer. Now top it off with the cheese (much as you want) and put the whole thing in the oven at 350 for about 15-20 minutes. Once the cheese is gooey, it's ready. Makes great leftovers for days too!
