Sesame Pork Strips image

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 tablespoon margarine or butter, melted
1 pound pork chop, boneless loin, 1 inch thick
1 1/4 cups Original Bisquick®
1/3 cup sesame seeds
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground mustard
2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted
sweet and sour sauce or mustard, if desired

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 400°. Spread 1 tablespoon melted margarine in jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch. Remove fat from pork. Cut pork into 1/4-inch slices: cut slices into 1/2-inch-wide strips.2. Mix Bisquick, sesame seed, salt, paprika and mustard. Beat eggs and milk with fork. Dip pork strips into egg mixture, then coat with sesame seed mixture. Place in single layer in pan. Drizzle 2 tablespoons melted margarine over pork.3. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until brown and crisp.
