Serrano-Orange Glazed Salmon Pasta image

It's not just the Serrano-Orange Glazed Salmon that makes this pasta dish flavorful. The bacon helps, too. (As it always does.)

Yield Makes 6 servings, 1 cup each.

Number Of Ingredients 8

3/4 lb. spaghetti, uncooked
6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup coarsley chopped red onions
1 chipotle chile pepper, finely chopped
8 large pimento-stuffed green olives, coarsely chopped
1/2 Serrano-Orange Glazed Salmon
2 Tbsp. finely chopped cilantro
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Steps:

  • Cook pasta as directed on package.
  • Meanwhile, cook bacon in large skillet on medium-high heat until almost crisp. Add onions, peppers, olives and Serrano-Orange Glazed Salmon; stir. Cook 8 min. or until bacon is crisp, onions are tender and salmon is heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Drain pasta; place in large bowl. Add salmon mixture and cilantro; mix lightly. Sprinkle with the cheese.
