SECRET KISS COOKIES image

Yield 40 cookies

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 cup soft margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups sifted flour
1 cup finely chopped walnuts
1 5.75 oz package of Hershey's kisses

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375 Beat butter, sugar and vanilla until light with mixer Add sifted flour and nuts Beat on low until well blended Scoop together, cover, and chill dough in refrigerator Remove foil on kisses Use a Tbls of dough and shape around kiss (cover completely) Place on greased cookie sheet Bake 12 minutes or until set but not brown Cool slightly and move to wire rack While still warm, roll in confectioners sugar Cool and store in tightly covered container
