Seasoned Black Beans image

Makes a great addition to homemade burrito bowl or taco salad.

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 can(s) black beans, rinsed and drained
1-2 clove(s) garlic, minced or grated
1/4 cup(s) onion, minced
1 - jalapeño, seeded and minced
1/2 teaspoon(s) dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon(s) cumin
1/2 teaspoon(s) chili powder
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
1/4 cup(s) minced cilantro
2 tablespoon(s) lime juice
1 teaspoon(s) kosher salt, or to taste

Steps:

  • Mix ingredients together. Adjust seasonings to taste.
  • Optional: let sit for an hour before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
