Steps:
- Combine pineapple, mango, cucumber, bell pepper, jalapeno chile, cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper in a bowl; mix well. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and coat with a small amount of oil. Add half the scallops and sear for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown, turning once. Remove to a serving plate and repeat with the remaining scallops. Arrange scallops on serving plates and serve with salsa.
