Steps:
- SAUCE: sautee the garlic in the butter. When it begins to sizzle, add all other ingredients except for the cream. Reduce liquid by at least half. Add the cream and seasonings at the end. BEEF: Season the steaks with salt and a little pepper. Heat a sautee pan until very hot, and sear the meat to seal in the juices. Cook until desired doneness. Let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
