SEARED CHILEAN SEA BASS image

Number Of Ingredients 7

Chilean Sea Bass (6 oz. per person) (Swordfish is also good)
1cup White Rice (Basamiti preferred)
1 pinch of Saffron
2 c. water for Rice, 1 T. for veggies
1 t. olive oil
2 t. seasoned salt (salt/peppermix)like Crazy Janes or Greek Seasoning
1 t. butter (or oil)

Steps:

  • First: start 2 qt. saucepan with the water for the rice, 1 t. oil/butter, sprinkle of salt,bring to a boil, add rice,and saffron turn to simmer,20 minutes. Second: The Fish: Season the portions with the seasoned salt. Set aside. Make salad. Prep veggies, use fry pan a little olive oil, 1 T water (or the butter) and steam. ENJOY. Anne in ST.
