Steps:
- 1. Bake at 325 until done. Cut lengthwise and scrape out inside, leaving enough potato to hold shell together.
- 2. Whip potato with all other ingredients. Add seafood last. Refill potato shells and sprinkle with paprika. Reheat at 400 for 20 minutes.
- 3. When using shrimp, sauté on top of stove before hand and chop. Can be done the night before
