SEAFOOD COQUILLE image

Number Of Ingredients 8

2-6 oz cans of flaked fish (crab meat)
1 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup soft bread crumbs
Paprika
1/4 cup milk
1 egg (beaten)
3/4 cup of grated cheddar cheese
3 to 4 oz of sliced mushrooms

Steps:

  • Flake fish, combine soup, milk and beaten egg in saucepan. Add 1/2 cup of grated cheese. Heat until cheese melts, stirring constantly, add mushrooms and fish. Spoon onto ovenware dishes and sprinkle with bread crumbs and remaining cheese. Sprinkle paprika over tip. Broil 3-6 minutes until lightly browned.
