Steps:
- 1. Crack the eggs into the bowl, and add the heavy cream. 2. Beat the eggs with a wire wisk until it becomes a uniforma mixture of the eggs and cream. 3. On the stove, place a saute pan. Turn on the heat and add the butter to the pan. 4. Once the butter has melted, make sure the butter has completely coated the bottom and sides of the pan. 5. Pour the egg cream mixture into the pan. 6. Let the eggs cook until 1/2 the liquid has cooked. 7. Add the chives and feta to the eggs. 8. Cook the eggs until they are firm enough to fold over the chives and feta. 9. Fold the egg over the chives, and feta. 10. Serve with a parsley garnish or other green leafy thing.
