CRAWDAD TAILS image

It's coming up on New Years Eve. Time to get all the appetizers made. This one is always a big hit.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1/2 c finely chopped celery
1/2 c . mayonnaise
1/2 c chopped green onions
1 can(s) (4 oz.) small shrimp
1 pkg (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
hand full of shredded cheddar cheese, chopped fine
pickled jalapenos, cut in half lengthwise & seeded

Steps:

  • 1. Drain shrimp. Mix all together, except the jalapenos & place in a piping bag with a very large tip. Arrange seeded peppers on tray & pipe filling into them.
