This recipe came off a bag of sugar a few years ago. They have healthy ingredients and taste good too! My husband Scott was a kids' soccer coach several years before I saw this recipe, but the name is just a coincidence and I've never made them for an actual sports team. :)

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Cream butter and sugars.
- Add egg and peanut butter and mix well.
- Stir in baking soda, salt, flour, and ostmeal.
- Press into a 9"x13" baking pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top.
- Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Mix icing ingredients and drizzle over bars.
- Cool completely. Cut into squares and serve.
