SCAMPI MARSALA DE SANTA FE image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup butter
2 banana chili peppers, stemmed, seeded and julienned (cut into thin strips)
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbs. dried Italian herbs
1/2 cup Marsala wine
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
angle hair pasta, cooked al dente

Steps:

  • Rinse the shrimp under cold running water and pat dry. Into a medium saute pan or skillet, heat the butter over medium heat. Add the shrimp and saute 5 minutes. Into the pan add the banana peppers, garlic and dried herbs and saute 2 minutes. Add the Marsala wine and the Parmesan cheese and cook 2 minutes, stirring while the cheese melts. Spoon over some angel hair pasta and serve.
