Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 6 min.; drain. (Potatoes will not be done.)
- Melt 1/4 cup butter. Combine sour cream, ham, cheese, soup and onions in large bowl. Add melted butter and potatoes; mix lightly. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Melt remaining butter; mix with bread crumbs. Sprinkle over potato mixture.
- Bake 30 min. or until heated through.
