Steps:
- 1. Saute onion in a little butter, add broth and heat to a boil. Thicken a little of the broth with cornstarch and return to heat over medium until it resembles a thin gravy. If necessary, add a little more cornstarch. Add raw potatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Put in casserole and bake one hour at 375 degrees.
