SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE image

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 sticks butter, room temperature
1 1/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
20 oz can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
1/2 cup half/half cream
4 cups soft bread cubes (cut in 1 inch cubes from french style bread loaf)

Steps:

  • Combine together softened butter and sugar. Add 3 eggs. Mix well. Add together remaining ingredients until well mixed. Pour into greased 9x13 casserole pan. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
