Steps:
- Pan fry the string beans at medium heat until the skin becomes wrinkled. Remove the beans and set aside to drain. Pour off most of the oil, leaving about 1 T in the wok.
- Stir fry the chopped garlic until it releases its fragrance, return the fried string beans to the wok, pour in the sauce mixture and allow to cook until the liquid has almost dried up. Turn off the heat, mix in the sesame seeds and serve
