Steps:
- Cook rice as directed. Mix rice(cooled) with vegetables. Add dressing, stir gently. Refrigerate, stirring 2-3 times. At serving time, gently mix in noodles. Best made the day before, so everything blends. Good with shrimp or chicken added. Dressing: 1/3 cup oil 3 tablespoons soya sauce 2 tablespoons vinegar 1 tablespoon curry Mix and shake well.
