I wanted to name these "5-Star Pork Chops", but hubby said he wanted them called "Savory Pork Chops" instead (and it is his recipe after all. lol). But, they taste like you are eating at a 5-Star Restaurant!! Seriously, these are amazing!

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350.
- 2. Cut 2 slits in each chop. Slide the sliced garlic into the slits.
- 3. Mix remaining dry ingredients. Rub onto both sides of meat.
- 4. Place on baking sheet with a rack to keep them raised up. Sprinkle with Balsamic Vinegar & Olive Oil.
- 5. Roast at 350 for 30-45 mins, or until done.
- 6. Serve with a little Horseradish Sauce on the side for dipping.
