Steps:
- *Combine blure cheese and butter in a food processor; pulse until thoroughly blended. *Add rice flour, almond flour, corn starch, salt and pepper and pulse until ingredients come together in a ball. *Place dough on wax paper, flatten into a disc and chill for 30 minutes or up to one day. * Preheat oven to 325, line a cookie sheet with parchment * Roll dough to 1/4 inch thickness and cut into shapes with cookie cutters. Place on cookie sheet. * Bake 10 - 12 minutes or until edges turn golden. Cool on a wire rack before serving or freezing.
