This new side dish is made with corn and mushrooms and cooked with butter to make it look appetizing.

1 2/3 cups corn kernels, drained
1 3/4 cups sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tablespoon garlic powder (optional)
3 tablespoons butter

Steps:

  • Sauté the corn kernels and mushrooms in butter, leaving them hot.
  • Add garlic powder to the sauté. Mix well.
  • Serve hot with other dishes.
