2 slice(s) bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 tablespoon cheese, blue (crumbled)

  • Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
  • Add onion and cook, stirring, until beginning to soften, about 1 minute.
