SAUTEED SCALLOPS WITH LIME image

Number Of Ingredients 6

3 tbs olive oil
1 1/2 lbs sea scallops
2 tbs finely chopped cilantro
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp fresh lime juice
salt & pepper

Steps:

  • Heat the oil in a large non-stick skillet until almost smoking. Add the scallops and cook over moderately high heat until browned on the bottom, about 2 minutes. Turn the scallops and cook until jusst opaque throughout, about 2 minutes longer. Add the cilantro, garlic and lime juice season with salt and pepper and toss to combine. Serve with bread.
