Steps:
- 1. dice onions and cut up bacon into small pieces.. add to a large skillet on med-high...rendering the bacon, add onions and saute a few minutes.
- 2. cut up cabbage in big chunks, add in and continue sauteing a few more minutes...add 1/4 cup of chicken broth, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper.
- 3. cover and put on low until cabbage gets soft but not mushy....about 20 mins....the bacon and onions flavor the entire dish.
