Sausage Rice Bake image

When asked to take a meal to a family that has just had a baby, a death in the family or someone is ill, I often take this easy dish as I almost always have these ingredients on hand. The house will smell wonderful while casserole is baking. To make life easier I use either a disposable foil pan or hefty reusable casserole...

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 lb polish sausage (kielbasa)
2 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
2 can(s) water
2 medium onions, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
3 celery stalks, chopped
3 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 c raw rice

Steps:

  • 1. Cut sausage into 1/2 inch slices.
  • 2. Combine with remaining ingredients and place in a greased 4 quart casserole.
  • 3. Bake at 350-degrees for 1 hour.
