1 lb pork sausage
2 tablespoons minced onions
2 cups ground croutons
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
1 (29 ounce) can canned peach halves

Steps:

  • Combine sausage, onion, crouton crumbs, salt and egg.
  • Form into 8 balls.
  • Arrange peach halves, cut side up in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with cloves. Place sausage ball in each.
  • Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
  • Bate with pan juices while baking.
  • Drain off fat.
