SAUSAGE MOZZARELLA CROSTINI image

Note: quantities are approximate!
1 lb.Uncooked bulk Italian sausage w/o fennel
1/2 lb. Mozzarella, grated
2 T. melted butter
milk, few T.
2-3 cloves fresh garlic, crushed
salt and pepper to taste
1 Italian or French baguette, sliced diagonally

Steps:

  • Melt butter, mix into bulk sausage and grated cheese, add few T. milk and mix by hand. Add crushed fresh garlic and salt and pepper to taste. Spread over bread and place on cooking tray. Cook at 350 deg. in convection or bake oven til cooked, 15mins. Serve immediately.
