Sausage Mexican Cheese Dip image

1 lb pork sausage
1 block (3 lb.) Velveeta Cheese
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cups mild or hot salsa

Steps:

  • Fry sausage in frying pan. Strain off grease. Set aside.
  • In Dutch oven, chunk cheese in 1 inch size slices. Add mushroom soup and salsa.
  • Cook low heat until fully smooth and creamy, add sausage.
