Steps:
- -Melt butter in pot and saute onions and mushrooms until soft (~5 min) -Add cooked sausage -Add stock and bring to a simmer -Add Cornbread -Stir in herbs and seasonings -Once cornbread is hydrated throughout, stuff into turkey cavities -Use meat thermometer, stuffing and "safe" at 165 degrees F (If baking outside of turkey, place in baking dish and bake @ 350 for 20-30 mins.
