Sausage Cheese Puffs image

Biscuit mix gives these sausage and cheese morsels a light and fluffy texture.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 lb sausage roll
2 c biscuit mix
2 1/2 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c water
1 tsp baking powder

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350F. Combine ingredients in large bowl until blended. Shape into 1-inch balls.
  • 2. Place on baking sheets. Bake about 25 minutes or until golden brown; Serve hot. Refrigerate leftovers.
