Sausage Bagels image

Easy and a family favorite.

Number Of Ingredients 4

3 pkg mini bagels
1 lb sausage, mild
1 lb sausage, hot
1 lb velveeta cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Brown sausage, like you do hamburger meat. After browning sauage, drain and squeeze out grease.
  • 2. Put back into pan and cut up cheese into chucks and melt with sausage.
  • 3. Spread on bagels-toast in toaster oven or brown in a 350 degree oven depending on amount.
  • 4. Can be frozen. If frozen, thaw before browning.
