Steps:
- 1. Brown sausage, like you do hamburger meat. After browning sauage, drain and squeeze out grease.
- 2. Put back into pan and cut up cheese into chucks and melt with sausage.
- 3. Spread on bagels-toast in toaster oven or brown in a 350 degree oven depending on amount.
- 4. Can be frozen. If frozen, thaw before browning.
