Saucy chops image

This is so easy to make and my whole family just love it.Different way to have pork chops

Number Of Ingredients 9

4 chops bunch cut into small pieces
1/2 c ketsup
1/2 c b b q sauce
1 large onion
1/2 c brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c vingar
1/4 c mustard
1 Tbsp butter, melted
SAUCY CHOPS

Steps:

  • 1. preheat oven on 350
  • 2. take chops and cut into small pieces and put in med size baking dish that has a cover..
  • 3. Get a small saucepan and put butter into it and let it melt, then add your onion,let cook until soft, then add the ketchup,mustard. brown sugar and BBQ sauce& vinegar... Let simmer for 10 mins then pour over chops, Put cover over baking dish and bake for 2 hrs.Serve with rice,,enjoy
