Saucy Chicken Stir-Fry image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 cup long-grain white rice, uncooked
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
1/4 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1 small red pepper, cut into thin strips
1/2 lb. sugar snap peas, trimmed
2 green onions, diagonally sliced

Steps:

  • Cook rice as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, mix cornstarch, ginger and soy sauce until blended.
  • Heat dressing in wok or large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; stir-fry 2 min. Add peppers and peas; stir-fry 3 min. Add onions and rice; stir-fry 1 min. or until chicken is done.
  • Stir cornstarch mixture. Add to chicken mixture; stir-fry 1 min. or until sauce is thickened.
