I first created this recipe about 7 years ago and I had four venison burgers that a friend had gave me and I made this recipe and my mom loved it and at that time she did not even like venison until I served her what I had made and ever since she liked venison

1 lb ground beef
1 medium green bell pepper
1 can(s) fire roasted diced tomatoes
2 Tbsp sour cream
1 lb spaghetti

Steps:

  • 1. cook the ground beef till it is brown
  • 2. then add the diced green bell pepper
  • 3. then add the can of diced tomatoes then add the 2 tablespoons of sour cream
