SAUCE VERDE (TOMATILLAS) image

Yield 1 cup

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 lb. chopped Tomatillos (about 6 large)
1/2 large onion chopped
1 tbs olive oil
2 chilis
salt

Steps:

  • Roast everything but cilantro in oven for 45 minutes @ 375. Blend in food processor, add cilantro and serve
