Steps:
- 1. Combine the first 9 ingredients in a shallow dish or storage bag; add the chicken. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator up to 30 minutes.
- 2. Place the chicken and marinade in a large nonstick skillet; bring the marinade to a boil.
- 3. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, foro 5 to 6 minutes or until the chicken is done. Sprinkle with chopped ciilantro.
