SALMON WITH SESAME-PEPPERCORN CRUST image

2 5-6 oz Salmon fillets (skinless)
1/8 Cup sesame seeds
Dried dillweed
Garlic powder
~2 Tsp peppercorn (Blend preferred)
[1/2 lemon quartered]
1 Tb of butter (1/2 to cook, 1/2 at end)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease baking sheet. Combine sesame seeds and peppercorns in ziplock bag. Crush with mallet. Squeeze juice from lemon onto both sides of salmon. Season both sides with dill, garlic, sesame-peppercorn mixture and salt. Dot with 1/2 butter. Bake about 8-10 minutes (maybe longer if thick) in small oven. Transfer to plates, add remainder of butter
