Steps:
- Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil and butter in a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking. Cook salmon for 4 to 5 minutes. Turn salmon over and cook for another two minutes. Add chile, lime zest and juice on top off salmon. cover and continue cooking until done, about 2 or 3 minutes. Serve with your favorite side dish.
