5 ounces boursin cheese
1 (8-oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
Fresh basil
4 (6-ounce) Alaskan salmon fillets

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375 F. 2. Combine cheese, artichoke hearts and basil. Pat onto salmon. Bake about 15 minutes, until fish flakes with a fork. Serve with rice.
