Salmon Sinigang image

This is my favorite! I think you can't really add too much bok choy!

Number Of Ingredients 8

8 cup(s) water
1 package(s) singang mix
16 ounce(s) salmon, skinless(cut into 2
3 bunch(es) bok choy (chinese cabbage)
- clean & slice leaf in half leagthwise
1 bunch(es) green onions
2 large tomatos or you can use (canned)
5 small green finger peppers (optional)

Steps:

  • Bring water to a boil add Sinigang mix.
  • Add salmon or any seafood you would like to use. This dish shown has halibut.
  • Add bottom whites of onions & the remaining vegetables let simmer for about 15 minutes
  • Just before serving toss with the top green part of your onions. Then enjoy
