Steps:
- Bring large pot of water to a boil, add salt and cook pasta until al dente. Heat olive oil in pan. Add onion and garlic and cook until translucent. Add salmon and cook until pink. Add brandy and wine and cook until alcohol has evaporated. Add spagetti sauce and heat through. Remove from heat and add fresh basil and allow to wilt. Add cooked pasta and mix together. Serve with freshly grated asiago cheese.
