Salmon Marinade like Longhorn Recipe image

Try Salmon Marinade like Longhorn! You'll just need 2 T Bourbon, 2 T soy sauce, 2 T brown sugar, 2 T lime juice, 1 t minced garlic, ACCORDING TO LONGHORN...

2 T Bourbon
2 T soy sauce
2 T brown sugar
2 T lime juice
1 t minced garlic
ACCORDING TO LONGHORN PREP COOK - no quantities given so estimated for 4 salmon
2 T Bourbon
1/3 c Canola oil
1/3 t powdered or 1 t minced Garlic
1/2 t Ground pepper
1/8 Morton salt
1/3 c Brown sugar
1/3 - 1/2 c Soy sauce

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together. Pour over salmon, seal in plastic bag or dish. Refrigerate & let chill for 12 hrs or overnight.
