Salmon Loaf with Dill Sauce image

Number Of Ingredients 15

1 units salmon
15 ounces alaska salmon
2 cups bread crumbs
0.333333333333 cups onion
0.25 cups milk
2 units eggs
2 tablespoons parsley
1 tablespoons lemon juice
0.25 teaspoons dill weed
1 units black pepper
1 units creamy dill sauce
0.25 cups light cream
0.5 teaspoons dried dill
1 units salt and pepper
1 tablespoons butter

Steps:

  • Salmon Loaf
  • Drain and flake salmon, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid. Combine flaked salmon and reserved liquid with remaining ingredients.
  • Place in well-greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pan or shape into loaf on greased baking pan. Bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes.
  • Creamy Dill Sauce
  • In a 1 cup glass measuring cup combine all ingredients. Cook on high for 1 minute or until sauce comes to a boil. Pour hot sauce over Salmon Loaf.
