SALMON FILET WITH MUSTARD AND ROSEMARY SAUCE image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 salmon filet (4 servings)
1 cup of heavy cream
1 cup of dry white wine
3 sprigs of rosemary
2 tbs of Dijon mustard
1 chopped shallot
Salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Grill the four fillets and season with salt and pepper. To prepare the sauce, reduce one cup of dry white wine with chopped shallots adn rosemary sprigs, for 1 minute then add one cup of cream and further reduce to 1/2cup. wisk in the mustard. Serve over grilled salmon.
