8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
1 can salmon, drained, cleaned, and deboned
1/2 cup parsley flakes
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Put softened cream cheese in a medium size bowl. Drain, clean, and debone the canned salmon; add to bowl.
  • Add parsley flakes, chopped onion, lemon juice, and chopped pecans. Mix all together to form a ball.
  • Chill. Serve with snack crackers.
