Salami Roll-ups image

My MIL makes these a lot and they are so easy, and so good! Photo is not mine, but shows the finished dish. Photo is from Food.com

Number Of Ingredients 3

1 lb genoa salami from the deli
1-2 pkg cream cheese, spreadable
toothpicks (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. Take a piece of Salami. Spread on a coating of cream cheese.
  • 2. Roll up the Salami with the cream cheese inside. Secure with a toothpick, if necessary.
  • 3. Arrange in a decorative pattern on an appetizer tray.
