PORK CHOPS WITH SHALLOT-MUSTARD SAUCE image

Number Of Ingredients 6

3T Olive oil
4 1" boneless pork chops
2 shallots chopped fine
3/4 C white wine
2T heavy cream
1T Dijon mustard

Steps:

  • Heat over to 400. Heat 1T of oil over med-high heat. Season pork w/ 1/2t salt & pepper and brown 2 to 3 minutes per side. Xfer to baking sheet and roast through - 7 minutes Meanwhile add shallots and 1T of oil to skillet and cook till soft, 3 - 4 minutes. Add wine & reduce by half. Add cream and simmer till thick. Add mustard, stir to combine. Plate pork chops with sauce!
