Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with a silicone liner or parchment paper.
- Lay out the salami slices in one layer on the lined baking sheets, making sure they do not touch. Bake, flipping halfway through, until firm and slightly browned, 8 to 10 minutes. Transfer to a paper-towel lined baking sheet to drain and further crisp up as they cool completely.
- Serve the salami chips with the cheese cups.
